As with all our Hall of Heroes inductees we asked Scotty to answer a few questions for us.
Q. What is your main gamer tag?A. ScottyJNR. I am also known as Tiberius, Tibs and Scotty.
Q. What’s your country and hometown?
A. UK, Nottingham.
Q. How and when did you become involved with the Guild Alliance or one of its Guilds/Organizations?
A. 2012
Q. When did you start gaming and what got you playing games?
A. About 7 years ago I started playing the Star Wars Galaxies MMO. I’ve been playing Star Trek Online for about 6 years and Star Wars The Old Republic for about 5 years.
Q. What was the first game(s) you ever remember playing?
A. Bruce Lee on Sinclair ZX Spectrum lol.
Q. I know that people play games for a variety of reasons, why do you play video games?
A. To relax and forget work.
Q. Can you name me a few RPG’s that you’ve played these past few years?

Q. Among those that you’ve stated, which is your favourite and why?
A. The Star Wars and Star Trek themed games because I love Star Wars and Star Trek.
Q. Any suggestions on how to improve the game-play of those games?
A. More information on screen shots and recording gameplay video and the ability to post that media from within the game.
Q. If you were to create your own MMORPG or RPG, what elements would you put in?
A. As above.
Q. How familiar are you with RPG’s and gamer culture in general?
A. Very familiar.
Q. What has been your best experience role-playing?
A. Star Wars Galaxies, Cantina fun dancer buffs.
Q. What is one thing every game needs to be good?
A. The content and story.
Q. What’s one thing every game needs to be bad?
A. Lack of grouping systems.
Q. What game have you most anticipated playing?
A. Star Wars, The Old Republic
Q. What is your favorite all-time game (rpg or non-rpg)?
A. Star Wars Galaxies/Star Wars, The Old Republic
Q. What would you say is your highest gaming accomplishment?
A. Became a full Jedi in Star Wars Galaxies, before nerf when it was a very hard long quest not many full Jedi on the sever I was a God ?
Q. Does gaming help you with personal relationships?
A. No.
Q. What’s your best gaming story or anecdote?
A. As above, Star Wars Galaxies becoming a Jedi.
Q. If you could become one of your Characters (Any Game) who would it be and why?
A. My Jedi in Star Wars Galaxies pre NGE, my name was JamesT Kirk.
Q. What’s your advice for new gamers?
A. Get in a good guild like ours. You need friends like -Plasma/Kara to be any good.
Q. What are your passions besides gaming?
A. Boxing, Motorcycles, Weight training, my best friend my dog Autumn.
